Prayer and Praises

I turned 40! (I guess that is a prayer and a praise) and it was a lovely, wonderful time. The day of my birthday our family did our first Japanese Steakhouse experience, which involved Jessica shrieking whenever there was fire, and Sofia declaring her great love for all things Asian (she loves Manga). I had a birthday brunch at 100 acres, where everyone had to go find the secret bathroom as part of the scavenger hunt. It was perfect and lovely and my friend from South Dakota showed up—and how great is it to be able to catch up with friends?! Really wonderful.

Caid is enjoying being a gym teacher more than I think he thought he would-which is great. We are all enjoying the bike-riding weather, and Sofia has almost mastered riding without training wheels!

It has been nice to get back into a schedule again, and get the heady feeling of getting things done. I am almost finished with the 2022 World Renewal magazine, as well as started a couple projects for Christmas presents and such. I had this great idea to start regular emails that just have lots of freebees links…but that will just have to join my other list of good ideas that I don’t currently have time for.
