Here are 10 questions I like to ask myself at the end/beginning of the year:

What do you want to repeat from last year? Most everything: I feel like we worked hard to build strong, good systems and habits, which for the most part, we carried out.

What do you NOT want to repeat, but want to change from last year? STRESSSSSSSING OUT, not taking time to be intentional about things that were overwhelming.

Where did funding come from? Who really supported you? How can you help/encourage these people and grow with them? (This is kinda personal)

What made you happy/did you enjoy last year that you need to schedule more of? Alone/recoup days to think and journal and process…not to scroll, watch, and read.

When are your vacations this year? Super excited about family time in Connecticut, trip to Brazil, and a special 10th anniversary trip in the fall.

What is your personal development plan for this year? Keep going in what I’ve set for myself.

What did you read/watch/listen that made the most impact this year? Book: Deeply Formed Life. Movie: Glass Onion, Show: Alias, Listen: Holy Post Podcast.

What is your biggest win this year? What/who are you most grateful for? Made it through Caid’s post-grad classes, was able to lead a trip to Brazil and feel good about turning 40. Published my first book “Officially.”

What did you you worry about/regret most and how did it turn out?

If you could go back to last January 1st, what would you tell yourself? Life will get better once Caid finishes his post-grad classes. You will get to slowly uncurl.
